Refund Policy

At our training center, we strive to provide the highest quality education and programs. We understand that plans change, so we have established a clear and fair refund policy to accommodate these situations.
All payments for courses and live events are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality and scheduling of our programs without disruption.
In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other significant life events, we may consider partial refunds or rescheduling options. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled course or event, you may request to transfer your registration to a future date or another event of equal value. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event start date and are subject to availability.
All sales of digital products, including online courses, eBooks, and downloadable materials, are final and non-refundable.
